Invitation-only email outreach
Introduce your dle games to the creators who play them.
DleOutreach helps small teams behind web guessing games (the “dle” games) find content creators, write to them from their own Gmail inbox, and follow their replies. Every email is approved by a person before it is sent.
How it works
- 1
Find creators
A daily discovery lists the streamers and video creators who play the games behind each dle, on Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok, from public data only.
- 2
Prepare the emails
Templates per game, which the team can personalize for each creator, by hand or with an AI draft.
- 3
Approve before sending
No email leaves without a person approving it. Approved emails are sent from the Gmail inbox the user connected, under a daily cap, and say that a simple reply stops any further email.
- 4
Follow the replies
The tool spots replies in the threads it created, stops the follow-ups at once and sorts each reply so the team can answer.
What the tool does with Gmail
Send: the emails the user approved, from the address they connected, and their follow-ups in the same thread.
Read: only the replies in those threads, bounce notices and unsubscribe requests, to stop the follow-ups and show the replies to the team. Other emails are never opened, and the tool never changes or deletes any email.
