Terms of use

These terms govern the use of DleOutreach (outreach.alldle.net), published by Flavio Moreno. Using the tool means accepting them.

The service

DleOutreach helps teams find content creators, prepare emails introducing their games, send them from their own Gmail inbox after approval, and follow the replies.

Access

• Access is by invitation only, with a Google account. Each team works in its own organization.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account, and for inviting only people you trust into your organization.

Sending from your Gmail inbox

• Emails leave from the Gmail inbox you connect, in your name. You remain the sender and are responsible for the emails you approve.
• You agree to comply with the law (notably the rules on email prospecting and the GDPR) and with Google's rules for Gmail, including its sending limits.
• Only contact creators at a business address they published, about a subject related to their activity. Unsubscribes are applied automatically: do not try to work around them.

What is not allowed

• Sending spam, misleading, offensive or illegal content, or harassing anyone.
• Working around the tool's limits (daily caps, approval, exclusion list).
• Sharing or reselling your access, or using the tool for anything other than introducing your games.

Your content and data

You keep the rights to what you create in the tool. The publisher only processes it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability

The tool is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability or results. It can change, be interrupted or stop. The external services it relies on (Google, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, OpenRouter…) can also change their rules.

Suspension and leaving

• The publisher can suspend an account or an organization in case of abuse or breach of these terms. When an organization's monthly budget is reached, the AI features and paid searches pause until the next month.
• You can stop at any time: disconnect your Gmail inbox in the settings, and ask flavio.moreno941@gmail.com to delete your account and data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damage, nor for the content of the emails sent by users.
